ENERGY HEALING
Reiki and Acupuncture are probably the most recognizable energy healing modalities today. These techniques are examples of energy healing. Any method that is based on the knowledge of the human energy body, and subtle energies within that body, falls under the umbrella of energy healing. These alternative methods support modern-day medical treatments by brining back into balance the flow of energy through the energy body to increase a person's vitality and wellness and supporting healing on all levels - physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Energy Clearing $90
This is for you if you are feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life or a particular situation. This is a great start for those looking to recover from burnout and feel they have little emotional energy to start down a healing path at this stage. It may be an internal struggle or physical struggle that you are looking to overcome or it may be a particular life situation that has you feeling down or frustrated.
My goal is to bathe my client in relaxation and healing by creating a welcoming and soothing environment that supports the clients ability to shift into more feelings of peace and ease.
I will use a chakra healing technique that stimulating a better flow of life force energy in the body followed by holding 32 acupressure points on the head, in succession, that feels like the equivalent of a reboot for your brain. This clears out ruminating thoughts so you are feeling a clear mind, emotionally energized, and optimistic ready to face life’s challenges with more energy and ease.
Ensofic Reiki ™️ $150
Reiki assists in the body's natural healing processes and creates greater emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. There are many benefits to Reiki, including deep relaxation; relief from symptoms of pain, anxiety, depression, and fatigue; improved sleep; improved alignment with your highest potential; expand spiritual connection and growth; and freedom from painful patterns.
My Reiki training and attunements were passed onto me through an ancient oral lineage, and pulls in the most powerful healing ray, the Ensofic ray, that opens everything it touches to help you remember who you are, see your life and challenges from a higher perspective, and transmute blocked energetic patterns. Your in-person healing session includes a Circulation Massage to assist your body in clearing out the unwanted blocks to your energy and support your bodies natural healing mechanisms.

Crystal Healing $100
This is for you if you are feeling stuck and unbalanced. This can look like feeling off centre, overwhelmed by life, and generally out of alignment with your potential. You may not even know what the right path to take is! It may be an internal struggle that you are looking to understand and overcome or it may be a particular life situation that has you feeling lost or frustrated.
You can expect me to create a safe space for us to get right to the heart of the matter. My goal is to understand where you are at, and focus in on creating balance in your energy body to immediately relieve your discomfort. We will shift the energy towards alignment with your higher self using multiple ancient crystal healing techniques customized to your needs.
I will follow up with you after the session with any links to resources that will help to make cement and grow your energetic transformation.
Breakthrough to Alignment $175
This is for you if you are feeling stuck or lost . Often, this looks like ruminating or being very uncomfortable with where you currently are in life. It may be an internal struggle that you are looking to understand and overcome, or it may be a particular external situation that has you feeling frustrated or overwhelmed. This is my signature offering and a unique and powerful way to make a big shift in energy and perspective in a short amount of time.
A lot is accomplished in the very first session. I intuitively tune into your energy so I can meet you where you are at, and come up with a customized plan for your healing. We will shift your subtle energy towards alignment with your higher self (the wisest, most empowered and authentic version of you), raising your vibration and mood, using one or multiple energy healing techniques for immediate relief! Many clients find that one session is all that is needed!
I will follow up with a summary email of our session findings and the spiritual concepts, proven biological-hacks, and practices that you can hold on to, and dive into, to support your transformation.
Human Design Astrological Report and Reading $125
Human Design is for you if you are on a journey to become the most authentic and empowered version of yourself. It is the fusion of modern day Astrology with other astrological practices and esoteric wisdom from around the world. Together they are able to answer very specific questions about your life's purpose, key challenges, and your unique gifts.
It gives you permission to be the person you already know you are and helps you to understand what works for you, what doesn't, what might trip you up and areas you may need to do shadow work to heal providing a customized roadmap to your personal and professional success.
I will contact you to get your birth place and time. We have a quick chat to go over what areas of your design you are most interested in. Once you've receive the report, you will be given the link to book your reading. This service provides guidance on how to identify where you are out of alignment with your astrological design and how to get into alignment, and how to access your unique decision making authority.
Each report includes a 1-hour human design reading in which I will answer your questions and guide you through how to make the most out of your personal human design knowledge to build the life of your dreams.
