Bonny practices Reflexology and Reiki, and loves to see her clients find peace and relaxation. She finds that the two compliment each other and wash away stress, tension and clear blocked Chakras. Both practices provide wellness, healing for the whole body, mind, and spirit of the individual.

Bonny has found that having an environment with relaxed lighting, essential oil scents and quiet music helps to bring the client to a place of calm and relaxed state during the session of Reiki and Reflexology.
