Cupping therapy is another form of alternative medicine where Terri will use special cups on your desired area for a few moments to create a suction. This will help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being.

The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, help with high blood pressure. Cupping can be used to relieve pain and stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

Gurpreet graduated from Wellington College and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba. Her specialties include Swedish and therapeutic massages, myofasical release, deep tissue, trigger point and breast massage. With each treatment, Gurpreet includes a thorough assessment as well as recommendation for self-care which would enhance the benefits of the massage.

Terri is a graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy. She is a registered massage therapist and a member of a respected massage therapy association which provides insurance coverage and continuing education in her field. She graduated in 2013 and currently direct bills to Sunlife, Great west life and Blue Cross. Her specialty is Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, Pregnancy/Pre-natal but is also certified in Palliative Care, Hot stone and most recent Advanced Cupping.
