Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, GIFT CARD, & CANCELLATION POLICY Please notify us in advance if you plan on using a gift card. Some spa renters do not accept gift cards. Please contact us if you are unsure if your service provider takes gift cards. To secure your appointment for any service over 30 minutes with Meraki Beauty Inc., we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost at the time of booking, which will be applied towards the total service cost. This deposit helps us manage our schedule and minimize no-shows. Failure to notify us of a cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit. Note: There is a 48-hour grace window for deposits upon appointment reservation. We cannot secure your appointment without a deposit as we have a waiting list of requests.
